Jure Gašperšič Jure is the founder of Adventure Slovenia, a established travel company created to showcase the beauty of Slovenia. Jure’s principal goal is to create an environment in which travelers are able to enjoy tailored small group adventures that highlight all that defines Slovenian nature, gastronomy and entertainment. Jure has worked exclusively in the tourism industry over the past eight years, gaining valuable insight into what true travelers want from their tours. |

Andraž Rakušček Andraž is the forerunner and pioneer of Slovenian surf scene. Involved in sports since his early age, this quiet construction engineer, expert in building constructions, became experienced back – country skier, master in martial arts, scuba diver and of course, the intrepid surfer. His surfing experience took him all around the World to many of the world`s best surf spots including Hawaii, Indonesia, France, Spain, Portugal, Morocco and many more. When he`s not travelling, Andraž`s favorite post – surfing activity is jammin`it up on a guitar, either solo or with his band. His main involvement now is being co-owner of Ujusansa, first and fastest growing Slovenia surf company, where you`ll see Andraž either teaching a new generation of surfers or pursuing his own dreams of big wave charging and having a good time in and out of the water. To support surf scene tourist activity he created Sark – tourist agency that now supports three other brands Ujusansa (surf), Monstrosa (diving) and of course Adventure Slovenia. Combined with Jure`s Adventure Slovenia idea, they created a dynamo of ideas and creativity on touristic supply & demand scale. Marko Burger - Bugy Born in Gorenjska region and since childhood leisure time spent outdoors in nature. This love of nature and the movement it has been present in it through all periods of his life and is therefore not surprising that now professionally for 20 years engaged in outdoor activities. The abundance of experience and a passion for outdoor activities, which it has accumulated at home and abroad, are a combination that you provide adventure, fun, but also security. |

Aleš Govekar Aleš takes an oath on full adventure. He has been in connection with the sports and activities in the nature from an early age. Today he is a real adventurer and full of humour with an extraordinary instinct for the human. He is a climbing, snowboarding, alpine and cross-country skiing instructor. He is a professional guide for mountain hiking and trekking and has an instructor licence to work in the adrenaline & adventure parks in Slovenia. He is unique at leading groups or individuals in summer or winter multi-activity programs. He has his own climbing society for development of climbing culture on general. His society covers trainings for school kinds on weekly basis and special courses for adults. Although he became a happy father of his little Luna, his pure love remains in nature and sport activities. Rock climbing, mountain biking, surfing, all sorts of snow activities are still the things he mostly spends his free time at. |

Tadej Žun Tadej is Adventure Slovenia’s top survival expert, handling survival courses in all seasons and weather conditions. Tadej’s main goal is to create realistic courses where people learn essential survival skills and more about themselves. Tadej works as a mountaineering, survival and mountain warfare instructor. He works with all types of participants, from teenagers to the elderly population. He has experience working with teenagers because he is the instructor at Duke of Edinburgh’s award. Using his rich experience gained at home and abroad serving in Slovenian Special forces in Afghanistan as a resource of strength and knowledge. Tadej is an expert in motivational coaching. He capitalizes upon his participants’ strengths to encourage everyone to succeed in any activity or course that they put their minds to. Tadej has an extensive background in backcountry skiing, and is an expert at leading mountain tours in a wide array of activities. He leads outings for paragliding, rollerblading, road and mountain biking, fishing, free climbing and mountaineering, ski tours, ice climbing and cross-country skiing. |

Urban Logar Urban Logar is a former student of Hispanic filology and is currently working in the fields of simultaneous translation, music, teaching Spanish and tour guiding in his hometown of Ljubljana. Lately he also qualified as a masseur. He is knowledgeable in history of Slovene culture. If you want to see Ljubljana and other most popular places through a slightly different 'set of glasses' please ask for Urban as he's fluent in Spanish, English, Serbo-Croatian and of course Slovene. |

Borut Javornik Who better to lead kayaking expeditions, and even give pointers on paddling technique, than Borut Javorik? An Olympic team member and World Champion who competed in the 1992 Barcelona Games, and coached the Slovenian team at the 1996 Atlanta and 2000 Sydney Games, Javorik's latest passion is instructing and guiding Adventure Slovenia's clients. His skill - not to mention his great charm and huge heart - make him a superb teacher, particularly of children. When he is not on the water, Borut is helping his wife with their renowned Domačija Javornik restaurant on the banks of the Krka River. |

Bine Žalohar Is 25 year old student of Faculty of sport and professional freeride/freestyle skier. Since age of 6 he is full related to sports. Soccer 9 years, downhill/4x racing 6 years, skiing professionaly 6 years. His other hobbies are snowboarding, climbing, kayaking, surfing, bmx, wake-boarding and hiking. He spend most of the time in nature during all months. He is also level 3 alpine ski instructor, demonstrator - freestyle ski, swimming/diving instructor, nordic skiing instructor level 2. He is passionate about everything what he do in nature and he is trying to keep it beautiful and clean for next generations. |
