Paragliding flight

This is a day trip on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays

Early in the morning we will start our journey towards the beautiful Slovene alpine world and cross Vršič, Slovenia’s highest mountain pass at 1611 m, where a magnificent view of the Julian Alps will open up before us.

At the other side of the mountain pass, an entirely different world awaits us – the world of the emerald green Soča River, considered by many the most beautiful river in Europe. Our main destination is the idyllic village of Drežnica situated on a slightly elevated spot at the heart of the Julian Alps – a true paradise for paragliders. From here an experienced paraglider will take you on a journey you’ll never forget, giving you a bird’s eye view of this enchanting corner of Slovenia.

Only the most advanced equipment and the latest parachutes are used for paragliding. All pilots are highly experienced tandem pilots with valid licenses. Special attention is given to favorable wind conditions, both for safety reasons and to guarantee you the most rewarding flying experience.

What you need:
During summer months a windstopper jacket (one where no wind gets through) that allows you free movement should be enough. It is important however to have appropriate footwear that reaches your ankles, such as hiking boots (casual sports shoes are not enough).
