
Day 1: Arrival in Ljubljana (D)
Upon arriving in Ljubljana, you will be met by a Adventure Slovenia representative and transferred to the old part of the city. You will stay overnight in a comfortable hotel in Ljubljana.
Day 2: Hiking Karavanke (B/D)
After breakfast we will drive to Planina pod Golico in Karavanke Mountains. Karavanke are the natural and official border between eastern and western Europe, Slovenia, Austria and Italy. We will hike to mt. Golica (1835m), walking along the ridge with one foot in Slovenia and one in Austria with fantastic views on both sides. Over night stay in Bled.
Day 3: Triglav National park (B/D)
Early morning departure to Bohinj area and explore Triglav national park. We take cable car up to ski resort Vogel from where you have stunning view on lake Bohinj and most of Julian Alps. Start walk up to mt. Vogel (1922m) from where is nice view on Primorska region down to sea Adriatic. Overnight stay in Bohinj
Day 4: Trekking in Julian Alps (B/L)
After a hearty breakfast we will set off to Triglav National Park. We will drive to one of the trailheads of Triglav National Park, where we will begin a day full of trekking high above the village of Bohinj. The path ascends high through an evergreen forest, eventually reaching the heart of the craggy Julian Alps. We will hike along soft golden pastures, filled with curious cows following our paths. Once we reach the highest point of the day, the viewpoint of the Seven Triglav lakes is below us. It is a spectacular landscape of turquoise lakes, limestone peaks and giant boulders scattered across the surrounding area. Set in the middle is our mountain hut, where we spend the night in dormitory-style lodging.
Day 5: Trekking in Julian Alps (B/D)
After a high energy breakfast at the mountain hut, we gear back up with hiking boots and traverse through Triglav National Park to the Bohinj valley. We meander along undulating paths with wide-open views of the green pastures and surrounding Julian Alps. The final part of the trek is through an evergreen forest, and the spongy trail is strewn with pine needles and honeycombs.

Day 6: Pokljuka plateau (B/D)
Truly beautiful morning hiking from the beautiful green plateau of Pokljuka (1300m) up to Blejska cottage (1630m). Rugged mountain paths take us up to one of the best viewpoints in the area. At 1965m the trail opens out directly opposite the Julian Alps and mt. Triglav. On reaching the hut, the view opens out over the surrounding Karavanke Mountains, Ljubljana and in Austria in the distance. Overnight stay in Bled.
Day 7: Kranjska Gora (B/L)
After powerfull breakfast we head up to upper Sava valley; pass north faces of Julian Alps and start with our hike in village Gozd Martuljek, close to Kranjska gora and Planica valley. Trail will lead us to the waterfalls in the hart of Martuljek group peaks. We will enjoy lunch in real mountain hut, which is situated in an open meadow. Overnight stay in comfortable hotel in old par.
Day 8: Good bye Slovenia (B)
After breakfast you'll be transferred to the international airport for your flight back home.
